Leasing Manager Position

This role is a key position in the management of our restaurant leases across various brands. As a Leasing Manager, you will play a critical part in overseeing lease negotiations and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

  • Analyze market trends to determine optimal lease renewal strategies.
  • Create and manage reports on lease renewal status for multiple formats including drive-thru, food court, and shopfronts.
  • Negotiate lease renewals for diverse formats and engage with stakeholders including brand teams, franchise partners, legal teams, suppliers, landlords, and agents.
  • Coordinate the submission of property Board Approval documents and provide instruction on lease documentation.
  • Evaluate and interpret leases to ensure adherence to lessee and lessor responsibilities.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in leasing and portfolio management with expertise in lease negotiation.
  • Extensive knowledge of leasing statutes and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple brands, individuals, and functions.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strategic planning skills with adaptability in unexpected situations.
  • Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Franchise Network leasing is advantageous.
