Property Decorator

Cordony is seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to create stunning visual presentations of properties. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing and coordinating the installation of furniture to create a visually appealing atmosphere.

• Install and coordinate the installation of furniture to a property to create a visually appealing atmosphere.
• Assist with the removal of furniture from a property as required.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Occupational Health and Safety requirements in the warehouse.
• Select and acquire new furniture and styling items that meet high standards.
• Deselect furniture and styling items that no longer meet our needs.
• Liaise with clients and their representatives to ensure their needs are met.
• Deliver exceptional results with a consistent level of pride in work.
• Provide support with floral drop-offs and plant maintenance as required.
• Occasionally drive your own car for work-related tasks.

• Have a keen eye for detail and design, possibly from experience in styling, interiors, or visual merchandising.
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual labor, including heavy lifting.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where creativity and flexibility are essential.
• Be well-organized, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Be passionate about real estate, design, and making beautiful spaces.

• A full-time availability (Monday to Friday) with occasional flexibility on Saturdays.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A portfolio or samples of work, even personal projects or mood boards are welcome.
