Position Overview:

We are excited to announce a newly established opportunity for an experienced IT Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the oversight of IT vendors and the Contract Management framework, which outlines how technology measures, monitors, and reports on vendor and contract performance.
  • Engage in strategic vendor and contract management, including analysis, planning, and reporting.
  • Facilitate the management of relationships with key third-party partners and vendors according to the EBOS vendor management framework.
  • Identify and prioritize significant contracts and vendors within the Technology sector.
  • Organize contract review events and maintain accurate records.
  • Track and report on vendor performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate EBOS Group's contractual performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT vendor and commercial management, including negotiating and managing low to medium value contracts.
  • A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business processes and foundational corporate finance, management, and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, statistical, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Project Management is advantageous.
  • Awareness of current trends in vendor management and the Technology market in Australia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
