We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $83,000 - $118,000 for this role, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll receive benefits such as:

Job Description
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Mackay, MacAlister Street, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children
- Fostering strong relationships with families and the local community to promote inclusive and engaging practices
- Collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement policies and procedures that align with our values and goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
