Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Educator at our North Mackay centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base rate of up to $34.72 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits. This includes paid parental leave, childcare gap fees discounts, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve program quality
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that responds to the needs of all children
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A valid Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
