Compensation Package

The salary for this position is $38.41 - $60.00 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits. This competitive package reflects the value we place on our educators' expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes for our children.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth in your students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and review educational programs, ensuring that every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
