About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mackay Bridge Road.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
- To work collaboratively with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
- To ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
- To maintain a safe and engaging environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
