About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package, including a salary of $80,000 for new graduates, making it comparable to state primary school teachers. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in children's lives, working in a centre that fosters creativity, growth, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that meet each child's unique needs and interests.
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.

Requirements
