At Goodstart Early Learning, we're seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at the Mackay centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate educator to make a real difference in the lives of young children.
We offer a competitive salary package comparable to state primary school teachers, starting from $80,000 for our Graduate Teachers. In addition, you'll receive regular professional development sessions, including workshops and online discussions aligned to your career stage. Our dedicated Teachers' Community provides access to a comprehensive library of professional learning resources.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You'll build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
You'll be part of a supportive team making a real difference in children's lives through high-quality early education. To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification, a current QLD Working with Children Check, and First Aid qualification.
