We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Eimeo. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, with a minimum salary of $64,000 per annum, plus superannuation and paid annual leave. You will also receive access to professional development opportunities, uniform allowance, and employee referral program.
Job Description
As an Early Childhood Educator, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and education to children in our center. This will involve creating engaging and interactive lesson plans, building strong relationships with children and their families, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent. You will also need to hold a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
