Lead Quality Advisor Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Quality Advisor to spearhead our quality initiatives across NSW & ACT. As the strategic lead, you will partner with project teams and clients to embed best practices within our business, driving excellence and continuous improvement.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our quality systems, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to drive excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to embed best practices and ensure effective quality management.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality systems to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in or alongside design consultancies, with a clear understanding of quality fit into the design and delivery lifecycle.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead, influence, and inspire.
  • A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and making things better.
