Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overnight shifts, leading and coaching team members, and ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service.

  • Lead and motivate team members to enhance the guest experience while upholding high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
  • Manage overnight shifts with flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment and a track record of providing outstanding customer service. A Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol course are also essential requirements.
