About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to manage on-site maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility.

  • The leader will oversee the maintenance team to ensure effective execution of preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
  • This role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime and minimize production disruptions.
  • The leader will monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, including downtime, response times, and asset reliability.
  • This individual will manage maintenance resources and ensure cost-effective procurement of spare parts and services.
  • The leader will ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • This person will collaborate with other departments, including Production, Engineering, and HSE, to support broader operational goals.
  • The leader will coach and develop team members to build technical capability and foster a strong safety culture.
About You
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
  • A trade qualification or relevant engineering degree is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring direct reports are required.
  • Excellent understanding of preventative maintenance systems, lean practices, and asset management principles is necessary.
  • Confident communication skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems is preferred.
