Job Title: Quality and Education Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Education Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support staff development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • Current APHRA registration
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
  • Proven experience in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training
