This role will champion quality as a strategic driver of success for the service line.
- Quality Strategy: Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure that services meet established standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing strategies to minimize them.
- Compliance Governance: Ensuring that services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitoring performance and implementing improvements to enhance service quality and reduce risks.
- Lead a team responsible for ensuring quality across the service line.
- Design and implement fit-for-purpose quality policies, procedures, processes, and resources.
- Ensure staff have access to necessary software tools, technical manuals, guidance materials, learning, and technical support to perform engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpret findings, deficiencies, and root causes from monitoring and information-gathering processes.
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is required.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar are highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of professional services standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in quality assurance, risk management, or a related field within the professional services environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and processes.
- Proven track record of managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Experience in training and developing staff on quality and risk management practices.
