Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Supervisor to lead our team and drive quality excellence across product development and manufacturing.

This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure products meet rigorous internal and external standards.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits and assessments of products and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance warranty performance, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.

In addition, you will establish robust in-process product inspection standards, set stringent raw material requirements, and create and update quality assurance documentation in compliance with ISO9001 standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of quality engineers to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes.
  • Conducting audits and assessments of products and processes.
  • Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Establishing in-process product inspection standards.
  • Setting raw material standards.
  • Creating and updating quality assurance documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
