Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality and Practice Lead to enhance our quality management systems, embed best practices, and support frontline teams in delivering safe, compliant, and participant-focused services in South Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with operational leaders to embed quality, safeguarding, and compliance standards into daily operations, leading internal audits, practice reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives, providing coaching and guidance to staff, and supporting incident reviews, risk escalation, and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, experience in quality, compliance, or practice leadership within disability, aged care, or community services, knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NDIS, Aged Care, Child Safe), excellent communication and coaching skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and person-centred service delivery.
