About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at Kieser Australia. As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Welcome and engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate client appointments and manage the electronic clinic diary to ensure seamless scheduling and minimal wait times.
  3. Payment Processing: Process client payments efficiently and accurately, utilizing various payment methods such as EFT, HiCaps, and MediPass.
  4. Product Promotion: Promote Kieser's products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
  5. Membership Consults: Conduct membership consults to understand client needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
  7. Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Valid Working Rights: Possess valid working rights in Australia.
  2. First Aid & CPR Certification: Hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
  3. National Police Check: Have undergone a national police check.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  2. Finance/Accounting Experience: Experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of payment processing and financial systems.
