We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Representative to join our team at Cleanaway. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient delivery of our services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company trucks to customer sites to provide a range of services, including maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Pick up and transport waste streams in various sizes of drums and bins.
- Complete service documentation using mobile phone apps and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Ability to start early and work overtime as required.
- Minimum MR licence required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work away 1-2 nights per fortnight (accommodation and meals provided).
- Be fit and healthy and able to pass pre-employment medical.
- Excellent customer service ethic and commitment to safety.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
