About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Agile expert to guide and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality project outcomes. Your expertise will drive best practices, maintain project methodology, and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders, product owners, and the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and guide the development team on Agile principles, including Kanban workflows, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning & execution.
- Maintain and document the Project's Agile methodology to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure the product backlog is effectively groomed and prioritized.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and report on the status of project sprints and epic progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain JIRA, ensuring uniform usage across the team and alignment with the Agile methodology.
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Support the Project Manager with stakeholder engagement and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proven experience leading Agile projects in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience using, managing, and configuring Agile tools such as JIRA.
- ICT-related qualifications are preferred.
- Agile qualifications are essential — Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred.
- Active NV2 Security Clearance is mandatory.
