About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Senior Consultant/Manager.

As a key member of our consultancy, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and drive transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology.

Your expertise in program/project management, business analysis, business case development, change management, procurement and commercial will be invaluable in this role.

Key responsibilities include driving transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into actionable project outcomes, contributing to business case development, procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement.

You will also manage projects or work packages, deliver milestones, and produce high-quality deliverables. Designing innovative solutions and conducting research are also essential aspects of this role.

In addition, you will manage junior staff and contribute to team development, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle complex challenges.

We're looking for someone with Australian Citizenship and security clearance at Baseline or above (preferred). You should have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and 4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally including consulting experience in the government sector.

A strong communicator with attention to detail, you should be able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions and have experience with methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Scrum, MSP, P3M3, Prosci, Change First.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is essential
