Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating documentation and system setup for the interpretation and implementation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) within Kronos to ensure payroll compliance.

  • Investigate payroll compliance issues across a multi-award structure.
  • Coordinate Kronos documentation for new and renewed EBAs.
  • Prepare data sets and analyze findings and variance to communicate to senior stakeholders
  • Assist with payroll processing and time & attendance data using Chris21.
  • Interpret awards and EBAs, ensuring accurate application of entitlements.
  • Support internal audits and maintain compliance records.
About You:
  • You have strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation.
  • You have experience using Chris21 and Kronos.
  • You possess strong analytical and communication skills.
  • You have a background in high-volume environments.
