Job Title: Payroll Expert

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Assist the Payroll Manager in preparing and processing the fortnightly payroll in compliance with NSW Health requirements and industrial awards.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll records in Preceda/ELMO, including employee details, leave, deductions, and allowances.
  • Customer Service: Support staff with payroll-related queries and provide basic finance and administrative support as required.
  • Reports and Analysis: Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports to internal stakeholders and take primary responsibility of the payroll function during times the Payroll Manager is on leave.
