  • Analyse data and communicate findings to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Assist with payroll processing and time & attendance data using Chris21, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Interpret awards and EBAs, ensuring accurate application of entitlements, minimizing discrepancies.
  • Maintain comprehensive compliance records, supporting audit readiness.

About the Role:

  • You have strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation, with experience in high-volume environments.
  • Experience using Chris21 and Kronos, with proficiency in data analysis and communication.
  • You possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
