Payroll Processing Expert

This position requires a highly skilled payroll professional to oversee weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs in complex environments. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end processing of complex payrolls, providing expert support on payroll-related matters with confidentiality and care.

  • Extensive payroll expertise is essential for this role, including handling complex pay scenarios, legislative compliance, and audit requirements.
  • A deep understanding of payroll legislation and entitlements, including PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, and Long Service Leave is required.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring accuracy and system integrity in the payroll process.

A strong communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office and major payroll software is also essential in this role. As a skilled professional in payroll testing and data analysis, you will contribute to the growth and development of the organization by improving processes and identifying areas for improvement.
