Imagine working in a dynamic organization where your expertise in payroll operations can make a real impact. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team, focusing on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Reconcile pay calculations between Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and relevant awards to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support stakeholders by extracting and interpreting payroll data for various purposes, including reporting to senior management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with end-to-end pay run processes, preparation of compliance documentation, and system implementation projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll operations in a large-scale organization.
  • Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll regulations, including awards and agreements interpretation.
  • Proven experience working on payroll and Time & Attendance system implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Satisfactory criminal record check.
  • Full-time work rights in Australia.
  • Office-based role.
