We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and revenue growth across Northern QLD.
">About the Role:
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business objectives by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication, building trust, and understanding their needs.
- Create and implement a call-planning program for Electrical Contractors, Electrical Wholesalers, and Retailers to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to share knowledge and best practices, driving business success.
- Identify key decision-makers in relation to product specification, purchasing, and promotion.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Ventair products, highlighting their benefits and value proposition to customers.
- Maintain an accurate customer database, including wholesalers, resellers, contractors, builders, and architects.
To be successful, you will need:
- Prior experience in B2B business development and a background in HVAC, electrical industry, or specialist ventilation would be beneficial.
- The ability to build rapport quickly with customers at all levels, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Exceptional communication, listening, influencing, presentation, and time management skills.
- A current driver's license is required for this role.
