Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Club Millésime Attendant to join our team at Sofitel Adelaide. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Check-in: Greet and check-in VIP guests, responding to their requests and settling accounts with a smile.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Deliver established food and beverage service sequences, bringing your personalized flair to each guest encounter.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our menus and wine lists to advise and make recommendations to guests.
  • Upselling and Promotions: Proudly promote our hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
  • Personalized Service: Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar hybrid role, within a high-end setting.
  • Service Skills: Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service.
  • Availability: Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across week days, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Certifications: Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Working Rights: Full Australian working rights.
  • Passion: A true love and passion for creating genuine memorable guest experiences.
