Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of Club Millésime to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts for VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journey.
- Deliver established food & beverage service sequences, bringing your personalized flair to each guest encounter.
- Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
- Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury property.
- Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera or a related PMS system. POS experience is an asset.
- Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service.
- Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays.
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
