Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work aligns with the project schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and conduct site inspections to prevent accidents and ensure worker compliance with safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Oversee construction quality, ensuring materials, workmanship, and finished work meet specifications and standards.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise subcontractors, trades, and labourers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to plan.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and changes.
