About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team and take on the management of a high-value commercial project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution and administration of all project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and managing variations and claims.
- Work closely with the project manager and stakeholders to track progress, ensure milestones are met, and manage budgets effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.
- Monitor the financial performance of the project, ensuring costs are controlled, payments are processed, and potential risks are mitigated.
- Prepare, manage, and update project documentation, including progress reports, contractual records, and any other necessary paperwork.
- Identify potential risks to the project timeline or budget and work proactively to manage and resolve them.
- Ensure that all works are completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate must have experience managing high-value projects (over $30M) with the ability to oversee complex, multi-faceted construction projects.
A competitive package is on offer for this role, ranging from $160-$200K per annum, based in Sydney. This will be an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
