Key Responsibilities:- Providing leadership support to staff across multiple regions
- Conducting face-to-face visits with participants and team members to foster engagement, monitor service quality, and build relationships
- Managing team rostering and participating in on-call rotations
- Supporting the delivery of person-centred services in line with NDIS principles and participants' goals
- Acting as a mentor, role model, and problem-solver for the team
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the NDIS or disability services sector
- A hands-on attitude; comfortable stepping into frontline support when needed
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and quality standards
- Excellent communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
