Position OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse supporting Judson Senior Living, your responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical and front-line supervisory support for the nursing department on a designated assignment.
- Maintaining the standards of quality for nursing care provided to residents during your shift.
- Serving as a clinical resource to nursing associates and supporting Judson Services' policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Promoting professional nursing practices and exemplifying leadership for front-line staff.
- Being accountable for the quality of care on your designated unit during your shift, supervising front-line nursing staff as Charge Nurse.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active LPN or RN license in Ohio.
- Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
- Current Nursing license and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act.
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
