This is an exempt, non-union position with a pay rate of $55,000 - $65,000 a year.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities- Supervise and provide clinical leadership to social services staff.
- Manage the onsite administration of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program at Buckeye/Edgewood.
- Champion evidence-based practices including Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change/Treatment, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Integrated Care.
- Ensure compliance with HUD and other regulatory requirements.
- Partner with property management, the VA, Care Alliance, and other stakeholders to deliver services successfully.
- Master's degree required.
- LSW, PC with independent licensure eligibility required; LISW, PCC preferred.
- Minimum of three years in a social service environment.
- One year of supervisory experience.
