About the Role

As a Senior Community Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and staff within our supportive culture. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to create a happy, welcoming, caring, and safe environment. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating resident and community engagement activities, implementing marketing and sales strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing improvements to internal processes.

Your Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience. In addition, you will enjoy up to 12 weeks paid parental leave, two additional 'All About Me' leave days per calendar year, and opportunities for further career development. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to training programs, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a front-line customer-facing role, preferably in the retirement industry or a related field such as hotel management or hospitality management;
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders;
  • An intermediate to advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline (desirable).
