We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef to join our team at one of our modern care homes in Mosman. As a Senior Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare well-balanced and nutritious meals for our residents
• Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents' dietary, individual, and cultural needs are met
• Support the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering services
• Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures
• Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation such as stock taking, and food quality assessment

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar environment is essential
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to solve problems independently
