Senior Construction Project Coordinator

As a skilled project manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery for large-scale sportsfield and open space construction works. Your responsibilities will include planning, stakeholder coordination, on-site execution, and handover of completed works to clients.
Working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams, you will ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of sports field and open space construction and renovation projects.
- Develop detailed project programs, resource plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services.
- Oversee on-site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress meetings.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and staff, maintaining strong communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
You should have qualifications in Project Management, Civil Construction, Turf Management, or similar. Experience as an experienced project/site manager or be ready to take the next step in your career and learn from the best.
Proven hands-on experience and strong technical knowledge of sports field and open space construction methodologies, turf management practices, drainage/irrigation systems, earthworks, and associated equipment and machinery are essential.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills, combined with IT literacy and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, are required.
A current driver's license and construction white card are mandatory.
