Job Title: Project Supervisor

A dynamic leadership opportunity is available for a seasoned Project Manager. If you have extensive experience in overseeing construction projects and possess excellent organisational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and ensure timely completion of building construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate project schedules and oversee the implementation of key milestones.
  • Direct the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Source and manage project materials and equipment, guaranteeing on-time delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on project progress to senior management.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified or possessing a strong understanding of building 'Scopes of Work' orders and Australian building codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to deliver results under tight deadlines, and experience in supervising subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Proficient in computer software, capable of preparing reports and maintaining data records.
  • Understanding of audit processes and possession of a construction white card would be advantageous.
  • Experience in promoting workplace health and safety, accompanied by highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
