Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Senior Project Coordinator to support project delivery across a range of commercial and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in project coordination or administration, be proficient using Procore, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and have a sound understanding of construction contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and tender packages, administering contracts and tracking variations, EOTs, and progress claims, and supporting Project Managers with program tracking and cost control.
