Senior Repair Coordination Manager

The Company is seeking an experienced leader to head its Repair Coordinators team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team to support business operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Repair Coordination team to ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage escalated calls and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Allocate tasks and manage workloads to ensure the team stays on top of priorities and deadlines
- Monitor project progress to ensure they are on time, on budget, and meeting targets
- Keep accurate records and notes for every project
- Onboard and train new team members
- Work closely with other departments to understand needs and provide support
- Check data, reporting, and admin tasks for accuracy and completeness
- Lead team meetings and support wider business communication
- Encourage great customer service across the team
- 3+ years' experience in insurance repairs or a related field
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A hands-on leadership style
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
