The Company
Founded in 2017, this rapidly expanding insurance builder has grown to a team of over 100 staff across Australia's east coast. They are now seeking a Senior Repair Co-Ordinator/Team Leader to take charge of their Repair Coordinators team.

This role will be based in their Brisbane office and has opportunities for progression within the company.

The role

  • Lead and manage the Repair Coordination team to support business operations and service delivery
  • Manage escalated calls and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and help the team stay on top of priorities and deadlines
  • Keep an eye on how projects are tracking making sure they're on time, on budget, and meeting targets
  • Keep accurate records and notes for every project so everything is properly tracked and reported
  • Onboard and train new team members so they feel confident and supported from day one
  • Work closely with other departments to understand what's needed and how the Repair Coordination team can help
  • Check that data, reporting, and admin tasks are accurate and completed on time
  • Lead team meetings, keep things organised (like rosters and leave), and support wider business communication
  • Encourage great customer service across the team
  • Track and manage KPI's
The Right Person
  • 3+ years' experience in insurance repairs
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • A hands-on leadership style
  • High attention to detail (especially when it comes to admin, reporting, and compliance)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, CRMs, job tracking systems, or SharePoint (experience with Prime Ecosystem is a bonus)
  • Customer-first mindset with a calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Proactive, reliable and adaptable
