Supporting Early Years Development and Learning

About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining records of family contact, supporting families to achieve early development, health, and learning outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring post-program support as required to meet program performance criteria and fostering relationships between the school, community, and families.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of child development principles and be able to provide guidance and support to families in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships between the school, community, and families
