Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Education Specialist to join our team. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.

Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.

You will work closely with other educators to develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Standards and Goodstart's policies and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and want to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
