
Early Years Family Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Early Years Family Support Specialist. This role will involve working closely with families who have young children aged 0-8 years, providing tailored support and guidance to help them navigate the early years.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of families, assessing their strengths, needs, and risks, and developing personalized case plans.
- Work collaboratively with families to identify goals and objectives, and provide regular progress updates.
- Support the delivery of programs such as playgroups and parenting workshops, helping families to build strong relationships and develop essential life skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with young children and families, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.
- High-level interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
