As an Educator at our centre, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each child. You will work closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager to create a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community
- Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice
- Document and share with families in their children's learning and development
- Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Completed Certificate III (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check
