Job Title: Front Line Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our team as a Front Line Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front line support of automated ticketing systems, performing preventative maintenance, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. They will also be required to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, apply specialized technical knowledge to problem solve difficult situations, and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front line support of automated ticketing systems
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply specialized technical knowledge to problem solve difficult situations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

  • Basic Electronics Training
  • WH&S general induction card
  • RIW card (Rail Induction Worker) for fixed asset workers only
  • Drivers' license
