Front Line Associate (Full Time) – Sydney, Australia

As a Front-Line Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining customer services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions, cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to store standards, company policies and front desk procedures.
Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing them with guidance & help in processing their transactions.
- Ensuring that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers inquiries in a timely manner.
- Cash handling and maintaining cash register operations including reports using MS Office tools.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet operational and performance targets.
Role Requirements
- 2 yrs of customer service experience (preferably in financial services or retail)
- Problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cash management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English – additional languages (Arabic) are a strong advantage.
- Experience in cash handling and currency exchange.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Flexible availability, including Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
