Senior Property Manager Job Overview

The role of Senior Property Manager involves overseeing a portfolio of service residences to ensure contractual obligations and expected standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage occupant and landlord interactions, maintenance, and other property-related matters within agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct property inspections, identify occupant liability, and coordinate preparation of properties for incoming occupants.
  • Identify and arrange maintenance services, raising work orders, monitoring progress, and authorising payment upon completion.
  • Manage and update systems efficiently to ensure properties are returned for occupancy within set timeframes.
  • Respond to internal and external customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
