Job Description

This role involves managing property portfolios, overseeing lease agreements and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial property management and possess a strong understanding of leasing regulations, arrears management and compliance standards.

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and contractors, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.

A current real estate registration or licence is also required for this position.
