Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager to join our expanding team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing property lease agreements, renewals, and setup.
- Overseeing maintenance and CAPEX projects, as well as contractor management.
- Conducting regular inspections, market rent reviews, and outgoings reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with service contracts and building regulations.
